Privacy Policy

Launvia provides a workspace for planning growth campaigns, storing media, connecting publishing services, and tracking campaign activity.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image. We also store the product profiles, campaign content, uploaded media, integration settings, and activity records you create in the service.

Google user data

Google Sign-In data is used to authenticate you and associate you with your workspace. If you separately connect YouTube, we use the granted permissions to identify the selected channel, upload videos you explicitly approve, and read permitted analytics. YouTube refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.

How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; provide requested publishing and analytics features; prevent abuse; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Storage and sharing

Application records are stored in PostgreSQL and uploaded media in private object storage. Infrastructure and integration providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. You may disconnect YouTube from Integrations to revoke the stored connection. To request account or workspace deletion, contact us.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private storage, and encrypted OAuth refresh tokens. No system is completely secure. You may review your Google account permissions at any time and revoke access from your Google Account.

Children and international use

The service is not directed to children under 13. Data may be processed where our infrastructure providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
