Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Launvia service provided by Launvia. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining control of your Google account.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service and perform actions you request. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and publish your content.

Connected services

Google, YouTube, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and policies. You control whether to connect them. Publishing actions may create or modify content on those services and remain subject to their rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware or deceptive content; bypass security or access controls; interfere with the service; scrape it excessively; or use it to harass, exploit, or harm others.

Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview or beta functionality may change without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Campaign suggestions are informational and do not guarantee business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes and contact
